Labor Day Closing

The United States Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office for the Northern District of Texas will be closed Monday, September 1, 2025 in observance of Labor Day.

The closing of the Clerk's Office will not affect the court's electronic filing system, which will remain available during this time. For emergency filings, please refer to After-Hours Emergency Filing Procedures.


This is a restricted government website for official court business only. All activities of CM/ECF subscribers or users of this system for any purpose, and all access attempts, may be recorded and monitored by persons authorized by the federal judiciary for improper use, protection of system security, performance of maintenance and for appropriate management by the judiciary of its systems. By subscribing to CM/ECF, users expressly consent to system monitoring and to official access to data reviewed and created by them on the system. If evidence of unlawful activity is discovered, including unauthorized access attempts, it may be reported to law enforcement officials.




NOTICE: 28 U.S.C. Section 1930 requires that fees be paid at the time of filing. Failure to pay these fees may cause the case to be dismissed without further notice pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 707(a)(2).

CM/ECF will automatically disable access for users with fees outstanding for over one day. A user who is disabled may login to CM/ECF, but may not view or file any documents until he or she pays all associated fees.

Once fees are paid, log out from CM/ECF, close and reopen your browser, and log in to CM/ECF again. If you are having technical difficulties in processing your payment, please call 800-442-6850.
